Dr Vivienne Conway, Director of Web Key IT, leads a team of passionate digital accessibility professionals.  They provide all digital accessibility services including accessibility auditing and accreditation of digital materials to international standards, consulting, training and remediation of digital documents.  The team have been in operation since July 2011, and are a W3C Member, and W3C Business Agent in Australia. Recently they opened an office in Kuwait which is proving to be very exciting!

While the Australian team are busy providing services for Australian clients (government and corporate), Dr Vivienne Conway is currently working on assignment for the United National Development Program and the Government of Kuwait as an International Consultant to assist with the development of digital accessibility policies in Kuwait.

While the team have loved all of their projects, there are a few that really stand out as been memorable.  They have had a few clients who put incredible energy and resources into creating accessible digital resources, and they are always a pleasure to work with.  Vivienne is currently working on a project in Kuwait and being on location for 2.5 months is probably the most challenging.  It isn’t easy being away from home, family and staff for so long, but it is also great to be able to give the project her complete attention.

Working with Kuwait and the UNDP to develop the best possible policies is an amazing opportunity.  Web Key IT have also now established an office in Kuwait and also assisted with getting a W3C Office located in the Gulf States in the same premises as their Kuwait office.  These are all incredible achievements for the team!

The  Web Key IT will continue their work in Australia and overseas, and the Vivienne and her team expect they will have many more opportunities throughout the Middle East as a result of their work in Kuwait.
