For the first time ever, the Australian Web Industry Association (AWIA) National Web Awards will be held on the Gold Coast at one of Australia’s most iconic buildings Q1.

Now in their 14th year, the Australian Web Awards recognise technical excellence in web development as well as the all important creative component.

The 2019 Web Awards will celebrate projects completed between 1 July 2017 and 31 December 2018 in the following 9 categories:

Startup

Small Business

E-Commerce

Commercial

Government

Education

Not for Profit

Innovation

Social Media

The awards are judged by a national selection of creative and technical leaders in the web industry.

Judging Criteria includes:

User Interface Design

User Experience Design

Content

Development

Accessibility

Winners will be announced at the Australian Web Awards celebration being held at Q1, level 78 from 6:30pm on Saturday 18 May 2019. Individual tickets to the gala event are available for $209 and a table of ten is $1881.
